For chain upgrades: you can upgrade your chain lenght, for example: Featured necklace is 18 In long but you want a 24 In chain, then purchase three upgrade units (2 In each) and we’ll send you a 24 In chain with your purchase.

For extra chains: Extra chain is the same length as the featured chain, if featured chain is 18 In your additional chain will be identical. If you want to upgrade your additional chain add and extra chain and then add upgrade unit as above to reach the length you desire.
